DESCRIPTION:
The VSI Field Visual Manager is responsible for understanding VS & PINK visual merchandising strategies and to support international partners in their store execution resulting in a consistent global experience that drives the business. This role is responsible for multiple areas of focus including in-store visual merchandising, windows, fixture placement, mapping, and product merchandising.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and communicate effectively to Partner VM leaders on floorset implementation, interpretation, and sustainment
- Conduct consistent in person or virtual store visit trainings and photo reviews to influence a cohesive Brand experience across all regions
- Oversee the efficient procurement, creation, and installation of visual merchandising elements
- Develop seasonal training learning labs to help build capabilities and inspire to deliver strong execution
- Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Store Ops, and MP&A to help drive key deliverables
- Build relationships with Partners to share ideas and best practices
- Understand customer and key business drivers within each region and influence the Partner to optimize localization
- Leverage hindsights to drive continuous improvement
- Provide feedback, solutions, and insights on Visual Merchandising strategies to the VSI Brand team to influence merchandising direction and implementation of strategies
- Collaborate and support with Partner’s new store openings to ensure smooth transition to flawless execution
- Leverage the Teach, Test, Trust model with each Partner
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years’ in-store visual merchandising experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Will to be hands-on, and roll-up sleeves
- Acute sense of brand and customer intimacy
- Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-culturally and build strong relationships

- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Approximately 25% International travel
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Design preferred
