As part of our North America Business Planning team, you will provide finance thought leadership to drive and enable our North America geography strategy and functional priorities.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, forecasting, close, and reporting processes. You will own and manage the financial forecast and reporting models, templates, and consolidation across NA Finance team. This will involve preparation, validation, and distribution of period-end financial reporting results, commentary, and presentations. You will also execute forecast and budget system loads to various financial systems, perform ad hoc financial analysis, and relentlessly seek to improve processes, reports, and tools. This requires financial expertise, knowledge of data sources & systems, and understanding of business performance and strategy.


As a Finance Manager you will partner with North America and Global finance teams to communicate and understand financial results. You will advise senior business leaders and other team members with financial analysis using a variety of systems and tools, ensuring data quality and accuracy for decision-making. This role requires leadership across the finance team to deliver timely deliverables, financial results, and high expectations.


•    Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business, or closely related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
•    5+ years of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and strategic planning experience
•    Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop robust, clear, logical financial models
•    Understanding of financial statements, general ledger structures, and basic accounting principles (US GAAP)
•    Experienced generating insightful analysis from complex, ambiguous data sources
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to establish and build relationships across the organization
•    Experience with large ERP systems and finance/accounting software – SAP (BW, BPC, COPA, ECCS), TM1, Business Objects, Tableau, Essbase, etc.
•    Advanced Excel skills utilizing formulas, pivot tables, queries,
•    Presentation and PowerPoint skills, with experience communicating financial analysis and conclusions to senior leadership
•    Fortune 500 corporate finance, public accounting, investment banking, management consulting, consumer product and/or retail experience preferred
