Who we are looking for

As our SEC Global Operations and Logistics (GOaL) Global Process Manager, you will report to the SEC GOaL Capability Director and will engage directly in program requirement and design activities and will lead, facilitate and provide subject matter expertise in the development and deployment of the future strategic Enterprise capabilities necessary to implement Nike's Global supply chain vision within the scope of Global Operations and Logistics. We are looking for candidates with these strengths:

  • Comfort with principles and issues related to Information Technology systems, development, and design.
What you will work on?
  • Identify and define the critical capabilities needed to support the next phase of Nike’s consumer direct offense strategy, Consumer Direct Acceleration.
  • Provide detailed business inputs in the requirements and design process in order to meet strategy objectives.
  • Design future state business and reporting processes that leverage industry practices, standard technology processes and satisfy Nike’s operational goals.
  • Assess the impact of these capabilities on Nike’s GOaL function globally and locally.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise and connect with subject matter experts to facilitate insights and standard processes globally.
  • Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development.
  • Facilitate and participate in Global SEC workshops for solution design and requirements definition.
  • Lead and manage SEC capability work as required including process mapping and design.
  • Support development of GEO business transition management strategies and overall organizational readiness implications of a program spanning across multiple locations, businesses, and years
  • You will collaborate across the matrix to design Nike's future GOaL requirements and to determine the system, process and operating model shifts required to operationalize
Who you will work with

You will work on the SEC Global Operations and Logistics (GOaL) team focusing on specific capabilities in the Trade & Transportation teams. You will Partner with the Global and in-Geography Operations Teams to ensure these capabilities are defined, implemented, and deployed as part of the Strategic Enterprise Capabilities Program (SEC). You will work cross functionally and across Geography teams to develop relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution. You will have high interaction with functional, x-functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans

What you bring
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain subject area or related field or relevant combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum 3years-total experience in Supply Chain, Technology, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Additional expertise in supply chain management (First Mile Transportation, Supply Chain Strategy/ Innovations, Supply Chain Analytics) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution.
  • Nike operational reporting experience, including familiarity with Coverage reporting, is preferred
  • Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton) with travel up to 25% of the year.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the time zones of our globally based program resources
