Freelance Floral Designer

We are seeking a confident and creative experienced freelance floral designer to join our family business for the upcoming Valentines Day Holiday from February 6th - February 14th

Job Responsibilities

• Work as a team member in our main store in Yonkers.
• Ensure that customer orders are met in a timely and satisfactory fashion
• Develop a working understanding of the basic Blossom Flower Shops' Design Standard and accurately create designs based on established standards
• Consistently create floral designs based on customers' orders
• Day to day responsibilities will be dependent on business needs including, but not limited to custom design, sympathy design, event design, production design, and plant and flower maintenance
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively'

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Floral design: 3 years (Required)
• Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
