Hello! We are looking for a skilled bra pattern maker/grader to transfer our custom patterns into digital form for a new bra lingerie line. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in bra pattern drafting, pattern correction, grading and marker making. Technical design and the ability to create manufacturing tech packs is a bonus.

As this is a specialized field, we are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable with grading rules as well as experience with proportional grading for bras. This pattern transfer/grading project is a high priority task, which will need to be completed within 2-3 weeks or sooner.

Hard Requirements:

- Candidate must have working knowledge of PollyPattern and Marker software by Polytropon, as our company uses this platform.

- If candidate uses another pattern/grading platform, they must have knowledge to successfully import the patterns, with grading, into PolyPattern/Marker.

Soft Requirements:

- If the candidate has the knowledge, phase II of the project will consist of the creation of a new manufacturing tech pack for the bra line, which can be completed within a 30-60 day period.

The successful candidate can work independently or with a team, and should have an excellent attention to detail. They should be able to take direction from our team and have the ability to make adjustments as needed to validate that the patterns/grading are to specification.
