We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic and Textile Designer to join our dynamic team. As a brand specializing in custom print designs for women's apparel, accessories, and home décor, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of design and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and textile design, with a keen eye for trends, color theory, and a deep understanding of how to create designs that resonate with our target audience.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to all stages of the design process, from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the design team to develop prints & artwork

· Create original graphic and textile designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.

· Utilize various design software to produce high-quality artwork, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

· Work closely with product development and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and production quality.

· Ability to work with suppliers and see project to completion.

· Prepare design presentations, including sketches, digital renderings, and physical samples.

· Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design integrity during the production process.

· Participate in design critiques and adapt designs based on feedback and market response.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and/or textile design, preferably in the fashion or home décor industry.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of print production processes and techniques is a plus.
