Performs as CHANEL ambassador, welcome and greet our prestige clients with the best welcoming and courteous services to ensure their shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.

Greet & welcoming clients at the entrance of the Boutique:

  • Offer greetings to the client, understand their profiles, needs and requests (e.g. related to products, after sales services, Boutique appointment, exchanges and returns etc). Welcome them into our boutiques by connecting clients to the appropriate Fashion Advisors in the Boutique
  • Manage the queue in an efficient manner with qualitative services. Leverage on the Queue management system, inform clients about waiting time and update traffic status to the team for prompt adjustment
  • Familiar with boutique operations, take initiative to manage operational tasks (e.g. creating / releasing reservations, after sales follow up etc) to support the Boutique team during peak hours
  • Introduce any CHANEL specific retail initiatives e.g. online appointment booking / repair tracker when appropriate
  • Politely communicate certain reminders to clients in compliant to the mall / boutique safety management guidelines
  • Report emergency issue to the Floor in charge and avoid escalation of clients’ complaints

Provide operational support to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Assist to check stock availability and introduce the collection / product assortment and to inspire clients to explore with the brand
  • Provide prompt CHANEL after sales service advices and manage after sales pick up
  • Support on all kinds of client engagement events in the Boutique by receiving and greetings VICs and coordinate event logistics
