Our ready to wear collections are sold globally with the following strategic partners, Mr Porter, Matchesfashion, My Theresa and Nordstrom.
You will be working very closely with the founders and will drive the ECommerce branch of the business for which we have very strong objectives. You will be responsible for the Digital strategy, the continual development of our Ecommerce platforms and manage the daily Ecommerce operations. You will also cover all areas of Digital Marketing. All your efforts will need to have a very strong scalability, ROI and Revenue orientation. You are data driven and customer centric.
Develop the ecommerce proposition, including the website development and digital marketing strategy and tools
Establish strategic priorities and growth plans, with a multi-year vision
Define and prioritise product roadmaps, drive CX with a view to maximise engagement and conversion
In partnership with the Head of Content, responsible for the website content plan and its freshness ensuring a high level of visual merchandising and good management of product life cycle
Define the digital performance marketing strategy
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure a joined up omni-channel approach
Drive the Ecom budgeting process and planning & Tracking on delivery of all channels against plan
Regularly report on web performance (site and marketing), identify, and analyse new opportunities for the brand across all digital channels
Lead and develop the Ecommerce team, hiring new team members as appropriate + agencies
Track trends and new technologies and assess relevancy for the business
Work closely with the Head of Content to develop and close new partnerships
Any other duties as required or assigned, in line with the business needs and evolution.
Experience in a Senior role with a proven track record in delivering significant revenue growth within the luxury brand / retail industry
Experience of Platform / CMS is essential and Shopify+ desirable
Strong commercial acumen with strong P&L and budget management capabilities
Highly analytical, data led in decision making
Expert knowledge of all areas within online merchandising tactics, customer journeys and digital marketing channels

Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels and across the organisation
