Within the North America Integrated Fulfillment Planning team, the supply chain team is building and activating an analytics driven End-to-end Operational Plan that enables the ever increasing regionalized distribution network to deliver on our service promise to our consumers and customers.


The Network Execution Manager is a self-starter, flexible problem solver, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots to help drive business opportunities. They can easily form relationships and lead teams towards concrete deliverables. They are passionate about working with numbers, have a strong eye for business, and a strong desire to lead and coach a team. They enjoy working with data scientists, analysts, and business partners and are comfortable translating information across those audiences, explaining business concepts to technical audiences and complex analytics to non-technical audiences. They should be dedicated, proactive, and able to handle several concurrent tracks of work.

As the Network Execution Manager, you will be at the heart of the North America Supply Chain team, orchestrating and planning the network to serve the Omnichannel marketplace at the Service Levels expected and agreed upon. You will support leader’s and team’s decisions that drive performance across Nike’s supply chain, to meet financial, operational and service commitments. You will deliver insights through the strengths of your team, both to support strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses that can be translated into immediate business action. You will demonstrate the current analytics tools and data to drive recommendations and identify business requirements for future analytical processes and tools. You will complete the network’s operations based on demand and supply signals, as well as operational capacities across nodes and lanes, taking into consideration service requirements and develop strategies to mitigate network constraints and risks. Representative work and projects include:

-  Define the Network’s Read and React Offense, for in the moment network impact assessment, mitigation and planning through analytical tools

-  Orchestrate the network operational and financial plans (Monthly/Quarterly), capturing risks and opportunities, driving visibility as the key connector across the North America Supply Chain team

-  Developing an analytics roadmap based on partner analysis and network execution needs

As a member of Nike’s North America Integrated Fulfillment Planning team, you will work alongside experienced analytics and supply chain professionals passionate about driving operational efficiency and better serving athletes* directly or through our marketplace partners. You will be reporting into the Director of Network Execution, and will lead a team of analysts, and will work closely with functions including Commercial Operations, Analytics & Insights, Capability Development, DC Operations, Transportation, Supply & Inventory Planning, and Integrated Business Planning. You will collaborate with Advanced Analytics teams as the end user of their products. You will be on a team of supply chain professionals that must collaborate to understand business problems and develop novel analytical approaches to solve them.

-  Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business analytics or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-  Experience managing and coaching a team a plus, with demonstrated interested in continuous learning and leadership development

-  Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau

-  Experience with big data environments preferred but not required. Generally strong technical and analytical skills

-  Ability to effectively present information, tell stories with data, respond to questions from key collaborators, and influence decision making

-  Experience, interest, and ability to working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment

-  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiences

-  Demonstrated ability to use data in influence decision making

-  Experience handling multiple project streams and delivering results across cross-functional teams. Interest in thinking through projects in a goal-oriented manner

-  Ability to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization

-  Working knowledge of supply chain management concepts preferred
