THE ROLE

As a Junior Business Analyst within the Delivery Solutions team, you will oversee a range of tasks from early design to project management. As part of the Logistics department, you will be part of our mission to provide an unrivaled experience to our customers all around the world working with new suppliers and partners to help bring market leading solutions to life. You will be a key player to the early life of important delivery and returns projects. Playing an important role in process design, planning for projects and working with fTech and delivery development to build new solutions. We ask that you understand the latest trends in e-commerce supply chain operations, customer delivery and returns options, international trade and B2C customer experience. You will report to the Delivery Solutions Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Participate in diverse projects to address new delivery needs and continuous improvement projects
Support the delivery team in the design of new logistics solutions and in developing compliant E2E delivery processes
Work with logistics teams to help to design process improvement to achieve a unique delivery experience to our customers
Document processes and requirements and communicate with FF teams and external carriers to understand their and our needs
Help form evidence for recommendations and solutions based on a combination of plans, analytics and research
Support with the building of process flows, PowerPoints and product documentation that enables the successful start of new carrier projects

WHO YOU ARE

You are educated to degree level or have relevant work experience
You will have 2 years experience in logistics and are familiar with international trade requirements
Focused on the quality of work delivered
Interested in working in international e-commerce logistics and passionate about technology
You can manage a variable workload
You work well as part of the team
Good interpersonal, both online and in person
You are fluent in English
