- Primary day-to-day contact with PUMA North America Creative Services Team, external agency partners, Global Creative Services team members, and a priority around the PUMA North America (PNA) Marketing team.

- Primary collaboration and alignment with PUMA North America and the Head of Creative Planning & Production.

- Support the creative planning team with project workflow by prioritizing projects and assisting with timeline development and communications to project stakeholders.

- Assist with the creation of pre and post-production timelines.

- Assist with creative asset distribution communication to regions, mainly PUMA North America.

- Help oversee seasonal calendar of key projects and milestones across regional wholesale accounts and PUMA Retail.

- Assist with the workflow management and planning of regional creative briefs. Help lead weekly production meetings with the creative team as well as several account and channel team members.

- Effectively assign creative team members to tasks within each project, based on expertise and workload.

- Support budget planning and allocation for outside agency and vendor work.

- Help support internal and external (as needed) creative reviews and approvals.

- Obtain and effectively communicate project status and next steps daily, in alignment with project plan and timeline.

- Support multiple channels of work simultaneously, through the use of the organization's workflow tool (TBD).

- Create and maintain project-reporting documents on an on-going basis

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

- 2+ years project management experience within an in-house creative or agency, retail background is a plus.

- Background in marketing, advertising, or media planning.

- Expert communication, written, and verbal skills.

- Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive.

- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule.

- Ability to communicate and collaborate with creative talent.
