For us, product performance and life-cycle go hand-in-hand with pricing. We investigate product performance by generating expansive reports to deep-dive into markets, brands, and categories.
To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Lead Pricing Management (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.
Lead and develop an international team of pricing managers by setting individual targets and doing regular performance assessments, manage career development and succession planning
Supervise and define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation and maintenance of pricing system and team growth
Lead the team
Manage and supervise weekly pricing analysis to support activities inclusive of new price generation and discrepancy resolution
Steer total pricing procedure to ensure timely response to market conditions
Drive optimizations of working tools and processes to improve efficiencies and support long term business growth
Liaise with other departments, such as Merchandise Planning, Retail, Buying, Buying Assistance, Warehouse, Customs, PR to ensure effective buying support
Close collaboration with management, IT and other departments on strategic projects
Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
Min.5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in e-commerce
Profound understanding of pricing strategies, pricing implementation and experience in working with pricing tools
High level of analytical competence and conceptual skills
Advanced Excel user and ideally experienced with data analysis tools
Reliable, autonomous, strong organizational skills and ideally project management skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written, additional German skills preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with good negotiation- and problem-solving skills
High sense of team spirit, empathy, open-mindedness and previous international experience
