To support the LDI&E team with implementation of an innovative Learning Development, Inclusion and Engagement strategy for all areas of the business to achieve our Commitment to creating a magical workplace for our Dream Teams. Working in partnership with our Learning, Development, Inclusion and Engagement team to support the delivery of the group strategy and annual plan with key metrics to support our vision & purpose.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Support the Learning, Development and Performance Manager with the day-to-day management and queries to support the outputs of the team’s strategic priorities
  • Support and contribution to the initiatives, quality, and relevance
  • Support the organisation on the Learning, Development and Performance management agenda
  • Support the Learning, Development and Performance Manager with policy design
  • Support Learning, Development and Performance Manager with organisational wide communications, including newsletters, LMS campaigns design and co-ordination of the Learning and Development agenda and the annual Performance Management process
  • Keep the Learning, Development and Performance Manager updated on Magic Office and Retail matters that you will have responsibility for
  • Lead on the quality and relevance of various L&D programmes assigned to you from time to time
  • Support the organisation with the mentoring programme
  • Support L&D Managers with the practice group specific communications
  • Support raising awareness of the LD & Performance curriculum
  • Observe, review, and appraise training delivery by external consultants as required
  • Ensure that all LD& Performance content on the intranet, brochures, webpages and content across the organisation is up to date and consistent
  • Co-ordinate any psychometric assessment processes and feedback sessions required as part of development programmes
  • Produce management information for agreed programmes between Magic Office and Retail
  • Co-ordinate, and present on Start of a Dream onboarding in relation to L&D, and on any other HR/L&D related topics as needed by the various teams from time to time
  • Analyse quarterly learning evaluation and learning journey reports for associates
  • Liaise with stakeholders within the organisation as well as external service providers as needed to lead on and support the delivery of various programmes
  • Manage, mandatory training, performance management & learning management system reporting and produce reports as needed
  • Support the implementation & administration of various LD & Performance projects from time to time
  • Assist with the tracking of the LD& Performance budget
