Job Description

Develop and deploy compelling communication and web content to support the Global Creative Visual Merchandising creative strategy. Produce all content for CVM creative campaign directives, collection style guidelines and all other related materials. Oversee/ Leads all aspects of photography and photo editing for all CVM documents and materials.


Design and Management of Global CVM Communication:

  • Produce all CVM directives and related materials through close partnership with the CVM Creative team and Regions to ensure objectives are met and on brand in-store execution.
  • Own, maintain and update InDesign template to build all CVM documents.
  • Guide the development work through with oversight of photography, photo editing and all aspects of document production to ensure high quality and timely results

Cross-functional Project Management:

  • Develop and lead communication of all Global CVM content to departments across the organization to ensure clear and consistent messaging and direction, with one unified voice. Have oversight to all documents being released from Global CVM via the Communications team.
  • Supervise the development and administration of all CVM Communication forums. Ensure platforms are updated on a regular basis and are aligned with the current Global CVM message.
  • Own and maintain the communication calendar to develop timelines and ensure resources are accurately allocated to meet the required deadlines leading up to global installations.

Technical & Creative Operations:

  • Maintain knowledge of standard methodologies and developments in all communication technologies and mediums, and apply these to recommend continuous improvement.
  • Apply technical expertise to make recommendations that will facilitate process improvement. Source technology, tools and innovative solutions to improve the communication process.
  • Lead and have strategic oversight to the collection of regional installation and activation images and ensure an organized photographic archive is maintained.
  • Supervise the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of the imaging studio. Ensure all photography equipment is maintained and current.
  • Support special projects as needed.


  • Lead, mentor and develop direct report.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global CVM teams and groups to achieve common goals and ensure timely results as related to CVM document development and messaging.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the department and organization through supporting partnership, gaining agreement from others with or without direct authority, and motivate others by leading by example


Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience
  • Visual display, communication or visual merchandising-preferably luxury retail.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills. Advanced capabilities in Adobe creative suite- InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
  • Extensive photo shop skills and basic knowledge of photography.
  • Ambitious, flexible, out-going, enthusiastic.
  • Able to work cross-functionally to present ideas and information to group.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design/Design experience.
  • Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.
  • Basic knowledge of jewelry and jewelry display a plus.
