Job description

As part of the new Global Visual Experience team at Coach, you will help conceptualize and design experiences that are built out in a variety of mediums, including AR, VR, interactive and immersive experiences. Working with a variety of creative professionals and Global Marketing teams, you will play a critical role in helping the Coach brand create powerful digital experiences driven by emerging technologies.

The position will require you to develop an intimacy with Coach's 80 year-old legacy and help define how it comes to life in the tech-driven experiences of the future.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency

in Visual Experience Department to...

- Ideate and construct ideas within a Visual Experience team (digital integration with pop- ups, store takeover, campaign AR experiences, immersive environment and games)

- Collaborate with external creative and technical professionals to integrate innovative technologies into Coach experiences, i.e. virtualizing Coach showroom

- Present ideas and design concepts to key partners, then refine based on feedback and learnings

- Create process and final project visualization: renderings and sketches based on direction and feedback from Experience Design lead for internal and external deliverables

- To translate a concept into user journey, UX and UI that can be handed off to collaborators

- Present design concepts to key stakeholders and leaders, globally


- Extraordinary design taste and skill; excellent sense of pop culture, tech, graphic design and design trends

- 3-5 years of digital design or interactive experience

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)

- Solid visual design skills with understanding of UX/UI and ability to work in 3D

- Experience with both content-driven applications and experiential web sites

- A strong design portfolio with compelling work that demonstrates a deep sense of composition, typography and narrative

- High emotional intelligence with the ability to partner cross-functionally in the organization in order to meet shared objectives and business results

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

An outstanding professional will have...

- BFA or BS in design

- Proficiency in Cinema 4D Case studies and portfolio, must shows strong ability to create and enhance design experience at all points of consumer brand interaction

- Solid product design, graphic design experiences
