The Global Supply Planning Operations Manager manages supply chain related data, and works with the data governor to analyze, set up, implement and enforce data policies that span multiple departments to improve the quality and timeliness of data. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting SAP APO related master data processes, and managing all SAP APO master data to ensure accurate finished goods inventory planning and global production/capacity/raw material planning.

  • Manage team of supply chain operations analysts
  • Guide projects to implement system enhancements to address evolving business needs
  • Design tools to automate processes within the supply planning team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives to improve efficiency and drive results
  • Ensure complete and accurate master data setup in SAP APO
  • Work with regional partners and cross-functional teams to confirm activation of new products and successful flow of data through planning systems
  • Drive improvement of SAP APO and enable communication between Inventory planning/supply planning team and IT to identify and resolve pain points with APO planning

Profile

About You

  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management and 1+ years in management role
  • Experience with SAP APO or other planning systems, and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of inventory/production/capacity planning
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, VBA
  • System analysis and programing work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, logistics, or related fields
