Determine supply and inventory strategy by understanding consumer and territory initiatives to optimize inventory strategies and targets in order to develop the buy strategy. Manage & drive inventory plan by setting and maintaining parameters/buffers and review that improves marketplace supply and delivery. Manage inventory and measure performance, proactively communicating multi season performance on a bi monthly cadence. Ensure the accuracy and control of supply and inventory through development of tools, implementation and administration of effective measurements and processes. Continual evaluation and assessment of internal and external data, plans, capabilities and constraints to understand impact to effective inventory management execution. Makes decisions guided by policies and business plan that impact the level of service and the department’s ability to meet performance objectives. Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems. Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Manage employees and set individual goals that link to departmental priorities.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Engineering or Mathematics and three (3) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:
