Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the team's key working documents/system maintenance.
  • Creation of product and maintenance of product information.
  • Working with production & buying on Freight consolidation of finished garments.
  • Works closely with DHL/European carriers.
  • Monitoring deliveries, costs and raising any issues.
  • Works alongside production to prepare consignment notes for EU CMT shipments.
  • Responsible for managing bookings into the warehouse.
  • Provides intake information to our 3PL partner and manages the day to queries.
  • Is responsible for updating the business on intake & deliveries.
  • Manages the delivery schedule and communicates changes to the wider product team.
  • Is in control of the stock movements within the business ensuring stock availability for seasonal launches.
  • Produces & interprets the weekly reports.
  • Supports the team with seasonal ad-hoc analysis.
  • Manage new season sizing ratios. Intake and pre-order management.
  • Manages the delivery schedule and communicates changes to the wider product team.
  • Actions stock recalls.

  • Show excellent ability to communicate effectively and work well in a fun and busy environment.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible in response to an ever-evolving business and ad-hoc requests and tasks.
  • Have a real passion for fashion and e-Commerce.

  • Be capable of decision-making and able to use initiative.
