Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Create and drive global product distribution strategy for geography planning and implementation. Influence the creation of unified and top down financial plans. Make logical enterprise decisions with relevant partners and foster cross consumer construct alignment where necessary. Leverage retail sales, marketplace and consumer behaviors insights data to regularly read and respond to business performance. Define the Nike team’s plans, and priorities to navigate towards goals and timelines. Contribute to comprehensive strategy against men’s footwear with the merchandising team and functional partners. Lead clear plans on men’s sport performance including gathering insights, positioning, line planning, distribution plans, and creation of tools to enable geography partners to implement in the marketplace. Establish classification excellence with a roadmap and plan towards building and managing franchises. Partner with apparel to ensure connectivity with footwear against key concepts and looks.
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation OR No degree and 7 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include the following:
- Merchandising planning;
- Planning and pricing competence;
- Market research;
- Translation of consumer sales;
- Long-term product offering strategy;
- Cost analysis;
- Consumer insights research;
- Market place management
