• Managing global product strategy and assortment to grow sales including margin control, pricing strategy, campaign support, brand restriction
• Analyze data for business strategy to increase sales and profit, including country level review, category review, and cost review…etc.
• Monitor global country traffic trend and category trend to seek possibility to increase Global sales
• Arrange Marketing channels promotion and conduct performance review to improve the traffic on Global platform, including SEM, Affiliate, Email, and App push
• Proactively work with Merchandisers to ensure and plan proper procurement of product stock as it relates to marketing programs and goals and to produce successful promotion programs
• Coordinate with cross-functional Marketing teams to execute global strategy
• Development and implementation of performance measurement reports and metrics
• Train and manage China APMs to fully understand global business and give them clearly direction to support the team in timely manner
• Other duties as assigned.
