Role Overview:

Employ innovative techniques to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for improving shoppability by optimizing our site and ensuring our inventory and content are presented with an elevated, relevant look and feel. You will be leveraging analytics to promote the discoverability and selection of products to ensure we meet our customer's needs and interests. The successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curation and optimization of onsite inventory, including seasonal promotions, marketing campaigns, and culturally relevant moments to drive buyer engagement

• Help define and execute short-term site merchandising strategy

• Identification of campaign strategies and plans, managing and executing campaigns supporting business needs

• Continue improving the buyer experience and evolving key pages by identifying learning opportunities, formulating hypotheses, laying out test priorities & schedule and identifying actionable insights from the tests

• Work cross-functionally with key partners (Marketing, Category Management, etc.) to execute key projects end to end

• Review opportunities and suggest ways to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth in key product categories and top traffic pages

• Foresee upcoming challenges and proactively address issues

• Drive future site enhancements and innovations

• Understanding e-commerce industry insights and study of category-specific competitors to inform best practices

• Create merchandising calendars

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to arrive at daily/ weekly/ quarterly category level allocations

• Provide merchandising guidelines for internal and external partners

• Daily QA of upcoming merchandising updates and platform launches

• Build out wireframes for key retail moments and get sign off from all stakeholders

• Partner with marketing for onsite creative requests and provide products for marketing assets

• Traffic assets as needed
