•Develop and execute DTC and Wholesale merchandise plans. Manage all aspects of merchandising to deliver consistent, profitable revenue growth across all categories for the brand

•Partner with manager and team on trend analysis, inspiration and market research for product development as well as competitive analysis. Use sales & inventory metrics, market research & customer data to build product strategies that drive the business forward.

•Collaborate with Design, Sales, EComm, Planning, Production, Marketing, Finance and Stores.

•Strategize, build and manage product assortments that express the brand and hit or exceed financial goals

•Lead effort to identify new brand extensions and product opportunities

•Ensure all cross-functional calendar milestones are met. Communicate all key updates.

•Lead pricing strategies. Set cost targets, identify and manage retail and wholesale price points.

•Negotiate with vendors for the best delivery and most competitive pricing

•Oversee vendor communication, sampling, costing, buying

•Provide seasonal summaries and roadmaps for Design and Marketing partners

•Partner with Sales to optimize in-season selling

•Partner with Finance/Planning to optimize inventory management

•Provide seasonal hindsight recaps to kick off upcoming seasonal development

Requirements & Skills

BA/BS and 5+ years fashion merchandising experience

Strong verbal and written communication, as well as retail math skills. Proficiency with Excel and Presentation software. Experience with Shopify a plus.

Full understanding of product cycle from product development, design, planning, merchandising, sourcing and manufacturing processes

Aptitude for interpreting trends and the ability to translate that into merchandise concepts for the luxury market

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to make informed decisions that drive results

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize in accordance with Go To Market calendar and ROI

Start-up experience and an entrepreneurial attitude are major assets

Great communication, analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills as well as high taste level, attention to detail and good judgement
