Merchandise Planner

$30 - $35 Per Hour, Contract

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for translating Website selling into viable plans as well as end to end article set up for website
• Work closely with Web merchandiser for a seamless store/website customer experience
• Develop and maintains sales, inventory and margin plans that tie to financial targets for the Web channel
• Responsible for planning Sub-Brand, Category/Class, promo selling, and assortment
• Partner with the Web Merchant & Stores Category Planners to optimize Web assortment

Who we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years experience in retail or direct-to-consumer preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent planning, documentation and collaboration skills
• Curious and analytical thinker with ability to identify and proactively solve problems
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
• Merchandise planning experience
