- Developing plans for new product launches, seasonal plans, and marketing campaigns
- Managing relationships with production team to ensure they meet deadlines and deliver quality products on time
- Manage product flow in the shoes and bags category; determining order quantities and generating purchase orders for new and replenishment orders.
- Develop sales plans for all channels (boutiques, e-commerce, wholesale agents).
- Close communication to coordinate logistics, ensuring on-time shipments for al channels.
- Work closely with buyers, import/export managers and logistics teams to ensure the delivery and distribution of goods.
- Creating merchandising plans for stores based on target demographics and customer preferences
- Recommending changes to in-store displays or product placements.
- Researching and identifying new possible wholesale and retail doors.
- Reviewing sales reports to determine which products are not selling well and might need to be discontinued
