Job Description:

The merchandiser/internal sales rep is responsible for sourcing products based on the customer's needs and creating custom presentations for clients. They will also be responsible for coming up with creative merchandise ideas that will entice specific companies and working with vendors in order to purchase the required goods.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing product, quote, and sell product categories such as apparel, promo, print, point of sale, incentive programs, etc.
Present relevant product solutions based on a needs assessment with customers.
Consistent follow-ups with customers, management, and vendors.
Data and order entry
Keeps salesperson informed about job status and problems.
Provides the customer with shipment confirmation.
Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Ability to multi-task during the day to manage quotes and quotes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in Promotional products or the Music Merchandise Industry as an internal
rep or merchandiser
1 - 3 years’ experience in inside sales or merchandising
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong work ethic
Related Bachelor’s degree preferred
Project Management experience a plus
