The role will be heavily focused on owning the merchandising of our global MFO business, as well as supporting the Senior Merchant Manager with additional ad hoc promotional accounts. The role will work cross functionally with senior members of the team and interface with multiple departments with a focus on building a strong relationship with sales & buying teams. The ideal candidate will be well versed in both the creative and planning sides of merchandising, with strong skills in merchandise planning. Knowledge of the Accesory business is a plus, as the candidate will be tasked with creating compelling assortments that are price driven, all while achieving profit and upholding brand values. The right candidate will have excellent business and retail financial acumen, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Merchandiser – Global MFO

  • Manage the merchandising requirements and execution of all MFO assortments
  • Support the Senior Merchant in execution of MFO Merchandising & any ad hoc Wholesale channels
  • Contribute to successful total brand merchandising operations through adherence to calendar & driving execution to the buy each season
  • Mangage MFO regional/global assortments from seasonal color & concept messages and sku planning, milestone GTM meetings through final buy placement
  • Maintain acute knowledge of product performance through weekly sales data & KPI analysis
  • Ensure product is cost engineered to produce target margin goals & achieve KPI’s for all regions
  • Communicate all merchandising assortments & deadlines to regional buying/sales teams
  • Identify strategies and opportunties with the assortment, incorporate into the seasonal line plans and present to the Senior Manager/Director for sign off
  • Support all product selections and decisions through key selling driven metrics
  • Implement total brand product strategies to lead Global MFO as a sister voice to Mainline
  • Set up & present all seasonal MFO assortments; Execute all GTM assortment delierables with high level of accuracy adhering to the calendar

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc)
  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels and do so in an objective manner
  • Must possess problem solving skills
  • Ability to be flexible with change management
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong follow through skills
  • PLM system experience preferred
