Merchandiser – Mens Shoes & Travel
What's the role about?We have a range of exciting opportunities to join our Fashion team as a Merchandiser for Mens Shoes & Travel. It's ideal for an analytical and commercial individual who uses their broad knowledge to plan and optimise the best range for customers. Ensuring accurate forecasts of the assortment including sales, stock and end to end profit. Delivering the best ranges for our customers through effective range planning and forecasting of the assortment.
The individual will be collaborative and will have the ability to develop strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders. They will effectively work in the Category Trading team, alongside our central merchandising operations team and form good supplier relationships to ensure we are planning the most efficient stock flow through the category.
What you will be doing:Delivering agreed KPIs including; sales, profit, stock, skus, availability, margin and risk management
Maximising opportunities as they arise and lead the in-season trading to potentialise the outcome for both customers and your category
Analysing commercial inputs to develop, with the Buyer, the best range of products supported by effective and comprehensive range planning and pricing architecture to deliver market leading assortments
What you'll have:Experience in Forecasting & Planning
Experience of inseason trading
Understanding of WSSI management
Influencing & stakeholder management skills
