Salary RangeThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Reporting StructureThe Merchandiser reports directly to the Sr. Director, Merchandising.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Collaborate and assist the Director of Merchandising in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies
- Assist in the development of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the women’s and women’s line
- Work in partnership with merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness
- Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style
- Track wholesale and retail price points based on contemporary landscape and customer perceived price value
- Communicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes
- Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share
- Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools

- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have three to five (3-5) years of relevant merchandising experience
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team
- Strong knowledge of trends and competitive market are essential to success in this position
