About The Role

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support the Merchant team and help scale our Fine Jewelry and Bridal business. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and a passion for product. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a must.


  • Support business initiatives and merchandising strategies to increase sales, profit, and conversion.
  • Oversee product set-up and sku creation, ensuring accurate tracking and organization.
  • Assist with linesheets creation and maintenance. Update product knowledge guides for the retail and customer service teams.
  • Have a full understanding of Shopify and NetSuite; maintain merchandising hierarchy.
  • Engage proactively with cross-functional partners to establish alignment on business objectives and execute initiatives.
  • Own weekly reporting and tracking tools; view trends over time and identify opportunities for optimization. Support assortment planning by providing data analysis and insights.
  • Manage the department-wide calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive research and document best practices and tactics.
  • Report to Merchant.
About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of merchandising KPIs
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and GoogleSuite skills
  • Knowledge of Shopify preferred, but not required
  • Full-time role located in midtown NYC
  • Hybrid work model
  • Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours.
