NIKE, Inc. Beaverton, OR. Develop seasonal category line plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams in execution. Analyze and collect category marketplace insights and ensure strong partnership with category, brand, city, and marketplace merchandising to develop edited offers that meet and advance the needs of consumers. Ensure a consumer first mindset and provide collaboration across geographies and key cities. Participate in seasonal merchandising meetings, including kick off, product read-out, AF, post AF handover, and SIM. Advise on wholesale and retail pricing for the geography. Create category, gender, BU EO cross-channel/tier (including Warm/Cold) x AP/LA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in seasonal targets definition. Translate market insights and feedback to merchandising business opportunities to inform the line plan construct. Provide input into category strategy from a merchandising lens. Adjust globally defined future two-years line plans, and product lifecycles according to the needs of the marketplace.

Applicant must have three (3) years of overall progressive experience in merchandising. Experience must include three (3) years of experience in the following:

  • Manage the process to meet deadlines and accomplish specific business goals;
  • Gather Consumer and Market insight to inform product decisions and seasonal line plans based upon consumer needs;
  • Create and execute seasonal line plans based on the review of trends, results, and forecasts;
  • Develop and drive assortment strategy;
  • Prepare and present executive level presentations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to set seasonal targets and achieve business goals; and
  • Utilize retail and wholesale key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
