Converse Inc., Boston, MA. Drive integrated, profitable, relevant consumer rights assortments, which express the category vision in the marketplace. Lead and drive consistent premium category consumer experience and communicate category assessments to stakeholders. Manage and oversee internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services. Manage the anticipation of consumer need and assess requirements to identify new solutions. Direct the compilation of channel, tier, account insights and capacity to determine account differentiation needs. Manage geography seasonal channel, account, banner strategies and assortment to sales. Oversee geography hindsight and adopt assortments as needed. Direct category prioritization with a channel and tier account. Devise depth, size, color of account, and banner assortments. Manage, innovate, and present insights, hind-sitting and marketplace business opportunities. Direct the gathering and input of data to own the forecasting and territory targets. Up to 15% international travel is required.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Communications and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Merchandising Acumen;

  • Buying and allocation process;
  • Flex product system;
  • Segmentation and differentiation process;
  • Performance management;
  • KPIs tracking and reporting;
  • Forecasting skills;
