As the industries leader in design and innovation, we are looking to advance our Mattress Tape division with new technologies and expand our design team to help facilitate our goal! We are a solid and growing company with a long tradition of combining quality and innovation into our narrow fabric products, woven and knit mattress tape.

As part of the development team, the Narrow Fabric Textile Designer will participate in the overall product strategy development, conduct market research and identify/track market trends, produce competitive analysis, maintain direct interaction with Corporate accounts, work on narrow fabric development projects driven by the sales team, market initiatives and customer needs. While assisting in various process improvement projects to innovate areas of cost, quality, cycle time, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
