This team delivers results by building strong cross-functional partnerships, leading the planning effort for priority consumer and commercial moments, and executing those moments with precision.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for our next Seasonal Merchandising Ops Coordinator! We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail and thorough and critical problem-solving skills. The ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity is key. This person has solid expertise collaborating within a complex cross-functional environment.

This person leads from the center in support of driving digital product readiness with focused efforts on system data accuracy, seasonal priority planning/tagging and on-time asset delivery and style activation. This person will monitor and provide seasonal readiness reporting for visibility and to support actions needed to improve assortment health. This person will influence improvements and changes to digital readiness tools and reporting dashboards, while supporting geo seasonal timelines and deliverables. This person will contribute to the evolution of the Seasonal Operations Center of Excellence – supporting streamlined process and sharing best known methods across the business processes as they grow and change.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll use digital tools and reporting to support a wide range of functional partners throughout key seasonal dates and gates, concentrated on driving assortment accuracy. You’ll support business priorities through focused efforts representing product readiness and tracking for key categories, moments or initiatives. You’ll drive product asset readiness in partnership with global operations and production teams. You’ll share plans, strategies and resources in key meetings with multiple cross functional teams and partners. You’ll seek to become a digital tool authority and influence requirements for process and tool improvements, supporting the team as digital readiness and activation tools evolve.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with Digital Operations teams and several key cross-functional partners within the Geo and Global Nike Direct Digital Commerce organizations, including Platform Business teams, Consumer Services, Supply Chain, Technology, Site Merchandising, Merchandising, Planning, and Digital Brand.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in business, operations, or technology OR Merchandising or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in retail, e-commerce, or related field
  • Previous experience within a business function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
  • An ability to work and learn independently and collaboratively on diverse teams.
  • A willingness to support occasional after-hours activities based on business need.
