The Style Division is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and hard-working Office Manager & PA to join our biggest commercial department - responsible for all Fashion, Beauty and Jewellery revenue. This administrative role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain genuine insight into Condé Nast’s unrivalled portfolio of brands.

The successful candidate will have an innately positive and ‘can-do’ attitude, with an interest in learning more about the business side of publishing - including advertising, partnerships and events. They will be willing to support those around them with a diverse range of responsibilities, which can vary from one day to the next. We are looking to find an individual who is incredibly organised and efficient - with a keen and exacting eye for detail - as well as being someone who is a naturally confident and articulate communicator. This position offers the individual an opportunity to work directly with the division’s Chief Business Officer as well as with the wider sales team, so candidates must be tenacious, adaptable, professional and above all a team player.

The primary function of this role is to support the division’s Chief Business Officer with their day-to-day needs - including diary management and meeting preparation - but additionally to assist the wider commercial team in delivering their functions/targets. Therefore, this role will involve research into our competitors, supporting events (both internally and externally) and liaising with various other stakeholders around the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Diary management for the Chief Business Officer, of the Division
  • Coordinating any international business travel arrangements for the CBO and team
  • Analysis of competitors and recording of editorial credits
  • Manage and organise all administrative aspects of the office
  • Managing and overseeing client database
  • Occasional help with processing expenses and absences
  • Assisting in the coordination of Style events - both internal and external

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A passion for Condé Nast brands and an interest in the publishing industry
  • A calm attitude and can-do mentality
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Organisation, time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Confident liaising with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with individuals throughout the business
  • Ideally proficient using GSuite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Team player who can adapt quickly to business needs
