Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a Packaging Designer for a fully remote temporary opportunity with a multi-billion-dollar specialty retailer and globally recognized brand that cultivates a values-based culture that values diversity, gives back to communities and works to make the planet a better place.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating new concepts and designs for a product category within defined themes and seasons from concept through back-end work and final delivery
  • Delivering brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy, encompassing style, color, print, and graphic design for new and existing product lines.
  • Researching and interpreting fashion trends and consumer needs that uphold the integrity of the product lines and brand.
  • Creating Design Turn Overs (DTO) and finalizing artwork for hand-off to the Production Team.
  • Reviewing mechanical artwork for final design approval before release.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of prior experience in 2D design, Illustration, and graphic/product design
  • Strong sense of design, typography, and color with a demonstrated expertise in 2D label or graphic design
  • Strong level of creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization, and design skills
  • Drawing and computer illustration skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of design with photography
  • Strong fashion sense with the ability to translate into graphic design
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative design environment
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as MS Office (MS Teams)
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
