WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a strong manager to help drive planning & business operations for our Digital Transformation Business Operations & Enablement (BOE) team. This role focusses on strategy, finance, people operations, process and executive reporting team, delivering core components of what makes Digital Transformation run as a business. This includes operational process from annual strategy planning to hiring processes to management rhythms and storytelling across and up the organization.

In addition to people leadership skills, the candidate needs to have strategy planning skills, understanding of the technology industry, problem solving, financial competence, planning and multi-functional collaboration skills. Detail oriented, decisiveness, and the ability to partner are a must.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the Digital Transformation leadership team to provide operational support and processes to operate and mature the team. The BOE’s primary charge is to make it easy for our Digital Transformation leadership and team to run our business. Everything you do will be in the spirit of simplification and accuracy of process and information to ensure data-driven decisions can be made proactively. We strive to minimize fire fighting. You’ll focus on developing operational processes, improve and iterate on existing processes, ensure financial targets and planning is shared and people operations are efficient and as simple as can be. You’ll partner multi-functionally with leadership and other Global Technology teams and partners to develop and adapt org plans and priorities to address challenges or changing initiatives. Partner engagement and management will be a large part of how you work across multiple teams. You’ll forecast resource and capacity needs and partner with Finance to develop financial reports and planning for the org.

A typical week consists of strategy planning, operational dashboard reconciliation, collaborate for hiring and financial management. Multi-functional collaboration with other Global Tech teams is also part of the daily and weekly work to ensure alignment, optimizing operations, clear roles and responsibilities and collective partnerships. You’ll be challenged to think differently and evolve processes for the advancement.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you’ll partner with teammates at all levels of the organization. You’ll work with your peers to deliver operational excellence and collaborate across the board to improve and detail accountabilities and responsibilities in our multi-functional operating model. And, you’ll collaborate with peers across the Global Technology landscape, the immediate Digital Transformation leadership and their team, our geography DT leaders, Technical Product Management, Human Resources, Finance, Talent & Acquisition and Global Tech BOE partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience
