Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

Provide assistance to the in-house team with all day-to-day press activity and work across fashion, watch, grooming and lifestyle brands
Support the team with day-to-day logistics, administration and press office management
Assist the team in the promotion of all brands and products carried within fashion , watch and grooming and to ensure that each department and the designers and brands within are being closely monitored
Ensure that MR PORTER as a brand and the designers stocked are represented correctly and consistently across all target media along with external agencies within the APAC region
Providing support to the PR Manager with the network of PR agencies regionally and in-house teams in New York and UK
Monitor and prepare the weekly coverage overview of the APAC market and fully update the wider team on key coverage secured on an as-it-happens basis
Assist PR Manager with fact finding, collating statistics, writing quotes, press releases and all relevant PR materials
Manage product sample and images requests
Assist the team with projects, product launches events and giftings
Compile event recap reports
Update the PR team on all competitor activity within the relevant regions
Oversee database management of press lists, new venues, vendors and PRs
Create press releases and additional PR assets
Secure product placement coverage and pitch news stories
Build strong media relationships with APAC press
General administration and housekeeping of relevant files and folders
Focus on APAC markets which includes Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia, Korea, Japan and Taiwan
