A day in the life . . .

  • Lead the development and creative concepts for projects - demonstrating vision, meeting business/marketing objectives and supporting the overall brand and creative strategies.
  • Work closely with Design Director to contribute to and support strategy for Brand, Seasonal and Evergreen Campaigns, and our Flash business.
  • Collaborate effectively with other creative, tech, and marketing partners across the organization.
  • Demonstrate confidence in presenting concepts and work to partners and team members.
  • Be an inspirational and effective thought leader with other members of the team; while not a managerial role, the Principal Designer leads projects with multiple team members.
  • Be seen as a go-to team member for Brand ownership and guidance.
