We are looking for a Product Administrator to join the Home team on a temporary basis for 6 months. You'll be supporting the Buying team, covering Beauty & Gifting, including Fragrance and Skincare. This is a varied role which will mean working with a different Buying team member on set days.

The Role...

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You will be required to maintain and help load excel spreadsheets and google docs for the team.
Building a relationship with the suppliers, ordering photography samples and making sure these are delivered on time. Making sure the tracker is kept up to date at all times.
Supporting the team on copy and imagery online checks.
Helping set up for key meetings, racking and labelling samples in the correct order and breaking down the room with the team members.
Helping the team set up for strategy meetings.
Housekeeping of the team selection rooms, support the team with collecting and opening post
Help support Buying team with upcoming selection meeting prep

About You...

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative role. You will need good attention to detail, time management and communication skills to thrive in this role. You will be using a variety of systems so strong IT skills will be advantageous; experience of Excel is required and knowledge of Google suite would be beneficial.

You will be required to be in the Head Office at Enderby for 5 days a week.
