As Production Artist, you have a balance between technical and creative skills that allows you to meticulously apply design changes and recommendations to each project at hand. Our ideal candidate has the ability to handle and manage an array of projects at once, is open to constructive feedback and has a deep understanding of the brand. Ultimately, you must be creative, a great team player and detail oriented.This is an in-person role based in our NYC office.

What You’ll Do

  • Fulfill wholesale advertising and e-commerce requests
  • Field emails, phone calls, and communication from our retail partners regarding advertising and e-commerce requests
  • Create and maintain sales tools documents from pre-approved templates
  • Prepare digital and print-ready files from pre-approved ad templates
  • Update and maintain wholesale assets such as website banners and agreements
  • Upload ad proofs to be reviewed and approved by retail partners
  • Design weekly wholesale emails based on pre-approved concepts outlined in the marketing calendar
  • Resolve artwork changes or issues that arise during production
  • Share e-Commerce guidelines with retailers and ensure the Julie Vos page on their website meets brand standards
  • Proactively work with retailer partners in developing and maintaining the Julie Vos page on their e-commerce website
  • Maintain log of each retailer’s e-commerce website, seasonal needs and signed agreement

Who You Are

  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design
  • At least 3-4 years of Graphic Design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Creative thinking and innovative approach
  • Highly organized with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player who is open to constructive feedback
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work under strict deadlines
