We’re looking for a Footwear Product Line Manager within Nike SB (Skateboarding)!

This role owns the strategic vision of Nike SB, driven by consumer/athlete insights, marketplace analysis and line planning efficiencies, to deliver key product briefs, line plans and leadership through key results.

This candidate will have the ability to think entrepreneurially and to be able to evolve a product line and drive a vision for future thinking that sets up a multi-year road map for the future of the Nike SB footwear product line. A key passion for footwear is essential, with an ability to garner and develop consumer insights into relevant product and strategic intent being a key aspect of the role.

We are looking for someone that has outstanding organization skills, can help galvanize an entire team, provide clear and concise feedback and updates, ensure the entirety of the team stays in sync, and delivering the product on time and in an orderly fashion.

You will be working on bringing Nike SB footwear to the skater at all levels, including working on our signature athlete product, alongside our classic business, as well as working on our newest, most innovative footwear crafted to guide Nike SB into the next 20 years of success. This role will focus on product for all genders and a need to understand what works for all is incredibly important. Our goal in Nike SB is to make the best skate product for all skaters so having a vision to do so is critical.

We are also looking for someone that can bring great energy to the group day in and day out to fit seamlessly into one of the best teams in the company.

If this is you, you will have the unique ability to work on multiple different areas of our product line. The Nike SB Inline business, covering both Men’s and Women’s product, Signature Athlete Product, Classic Models as well as working with NXT on future skate concepts.

You will also work as part of the Nike SB team where you will be specifically responsibility of owning the Inline Strategy and Line Plan. Applying Nike SB models to help capitalize on trends in the market, or to drive energy for the Nike SB brand or just to help tell stories and continue to highlight the impact that the Nike SB brand has within the skate industry.

You will work closely with the Nike SB APLM, helping to assist them in line-planning and process results.

You will serve as a guide for your peers; acting as a leader during critical checkpoints. You will be responsible for coordinating and/or communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Development, Merchandising & Brand teammates to create industry leading sneakers with compelling & consumer centric stories.

-  Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years experience in a product-related role, or 2 years combination of relevant education and experience

-  Able to conceive/build new thinking and ideas pertaining to the product and process

-  Passionate about sneakers and the Skate Footwear Industry

-  Optimism and dedication to bring hopefulness and confidence about the future

-  Curiosity - possessing a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas and opportunities

-  Able to drive a collaborative work environment

-  Able to demonstrate a general understanding of the Skate consumer (tastes, habits, preferences, interests & behaviors)

-  Ability to capture consumer insights and translate into compelling product solutions

-  Ability to lead & influence others and align a cross functional team towards a common goal

-  Strong discernment with a consistent track record for achieving sustainable growth

-  Validated experience translating marketplace insights into strategic business opportunities

-  Demonstrated line planning skills to meet financial and Key Performance Indicators goals

-  Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

-  Attention to detail and deadlines

-  Proficiency in key applications including Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

-  Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally
