ABOUT OUR TEAM
This role is a part of the Global Product Line Management team, which is responsible for driving the product creation vision, strategy, and execution of Jordan Footwear Special Projects product lines & collections. Specifically, the Special Projects team focuses on Women Collaboration partners & Luxury projects. The ownership of this team includes translating partner & consumer insights into concrete product briefs, crafting the line plans, life cycle plans, to meet our global business needs, and analyzing business results to inform future season strategies!

The Product Line Manager, SP Footwear understands our consumer, product trends, marketplace opportunities and is an industry leader in crafting the right product to serve consumers and grow the business. They will blend art with science to bring the Jordan Brand vision to life in our physical and digital retail environments to ensure a premium Brand and consumer experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
As our Product Line Manager, Jordan Footwear Special Projects, you will be responsible for all Product Line Management of the Special Projects business. You'll spend time creating with industry leading & groundbreaking entertainers/influencers/retailers in order to launch Jordan Footwear into the future. You will also lead the Jordan Luxury footwear offense which encompasses the most premium & crafted collection that is Made in Italy. With direction from the Senior Product Director, you'll collaborate against the project/partner pipeline and be responsible for all facets of the product creation processes. You'll also work with developers, designers, marketing, & business owners to meet key results each season including calendar deadlines, sample confirmations, & communication tools to all partners.
The ideal candidate has an outstanding streetwear, fashion, & trend acuity. It is critical to understand the consumer’s ecosystem of influence & how Jordan Footwear can achieve the mission of becoming the #1 streetwear brand in the world. They have an astute passion for footwear, effective verbal/written communication skills, ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, & excellent attention to details/deadlines Additionally, the candidate needs to understand the world of Fashion + Street Luxury, have experience in external partner creation, & be able to succeed in an extremely x-functional setting.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you'll obsess over the needs of the consumer, advised by deep consumer insights, building and implementing the line plan for the product line that supports the category’s seasonal strategies and delivers growth. You'll work closely with the design and development team handling resources to implement the seasonal product strategies, assortments and business needs. You'll lead the entry of accurate and complete information in the data management system and act as the proprietor of product analysis and historical information. You will create compelling briefs and storytelling for our consumers with your strong product knowledge and deep product experience. You'll drive clarity by balancing the need to seek information with the need to be understood and the ability to communicate effectively in multifaceted settings all while, building and sustaining positive relationships with key cross functional (Innovation, Creation Triad, Marketing, Planning, Digital) and Geo Partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 5 years' proven experience in product-related roles
- Franchise, Classification, and Lifecycle Management
- Multi-Season Planning and Pricing
- Product and Sneaker culture obsessed
- Business orientation, analytical proficiency, and retail math
- Possess Global to Local Insights with a Solution driven, growth mentality
- Strong verbal and written social skills, including facilitating meetings and presentations with a high degree of integrity. Should be comfortable presenting in front of large groups of people.
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts and opportunities to a functionally diverse and wide audience
- Domestic and international travel (limited Int’l) required (±15% of time on the road)
