Who are we looking for?

Nike seeks a Production Coordinator to support productions for Global Brand Creative. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for running end-to-end production for small-scale content creation (photography, motion, animation/illustration, CG or any other form of content) through post production, delivering efficiently and according to Nike’s daily, seasonal and long-term marketing objectives. The Production Coordinator will often support Producers and Production Directors within larger productions to fulfill administrative duties such as vendor set up, contract and finance support, travel booking for Nike athletes, drafting call sheets and ROS as well as support on set when applicable.

The Production Coordinator is highly organized, results driven, and is keen to grow expertise within the production industry. A strong communicator, collaborating closely and cross-functionally within the brand to lead and drive an organized, efficient and successful production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers and creative partners, always improving production to effectively implement the creative strategy of Global Brand Creative!

What will you work on?

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordination of small-scale productions in partnership with Creative, Marketing and other cross-functional Nike teams. You will partner with the Production Director for creative partner outreach and negotiations, budget management and accruals, contract execution with Nike Legal, and will usher the creative vision through to final delivery. On set, you will maintaining production schedules for shoots you coordinate, or as a supporting role to the Producer or Production Director. You are the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the production process so all are aligned. You will build industry relationships and will contribute towards creative strategy through growing the database of creative partners who are relevant and inspiring to the creative strategy of Global Brand Creative.

Who will you work with?

As part of a production team alongside other Production Coordinators and Producers you will partner with the Production Director for guidance as you learn and grow in your production experience. You will team up with your Creative and Studio Manager counterparts so that work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with Category Brand Marketing Project Managers as well business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, the Product Specialist COE.

You will report directly to the Director of Production.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Interest or some experience in Photography, Motion and Post Production.
  • A committed personal passion for imagery and motion, and the ambition to stay at the forefront of creative talent resourcing.
  • Experience in production or creative project coordination.
  • Keen attention to detail and experience in administrative support.
  • Ability to organize various teams to a successful outcome.
  • Ability to establish good relationships within the creative and production industry.
  • A strong ability to solve problems and troubleshooter attitude
  • 1-2 years in fields directly related to production and creative project management
