Production Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a Production Merchandiser to oversee our production processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Fashion production
• English and Italian languages are required
• Residing in Italy or having a work permit for Italy

Responsibilities:

• Managing the order process from the moment a sale is made, making sure the order with the factories are in place and managing the critical path through to the final delivery.
• Following up with factories and other suppliers for all stages
• Working in cooperation with the factories and other suppliers for getting the ideal prices
• Working with the collection development team for each collection to finalize price quotations.
• Checking the accuracy of Spec Sheets and Order Forms Allocating all materials to the suppliers and following up with factories.
• Preparing preorder for keeping the on time shipment.
• Overseeing the workflow of the quality teams workflow
• Preparing Quality Control flow Meetings Preparing materials for  Packaging and quality Control
• Work in cooperation with technician and Italy quality team Informing logistic teams directly or through suppliers to start shipping process.
