professional visual merchandiser for a 15 days window project in France

The visual merchandiser we look for need to set up around 15 personalized window in France and its mission is both a back office job and also "on field" job. Details below:

1) Calling the clients in the given list and fix an appointment with them for the window set up, that need to take place in a period between mid march - mid april ( clients of course are informed and agreed to have the WP, that is a free service that our company offers them)

2) Once the VM has the list of appointments ( final or almost final) , he/she has to send it back to me so I can organize the shipping of the display

3) I ship the displays to clients so they receive them 2 or 3 days before the set up takes place

4) The visual merchandiser goes to the stores to do the set up ( following our guidelines) on the date agreed with the client

5) the VM on the same day of the set up, has to do the following report activity:

A) Take pictures both to the personalized window set up and also to the internal part of the store where our brand is displayed and shared with me via whatspp

B) Fill a given questionaire with the client and send it back to me ( I need to have it filled back in excel ) - I can get all the questionnaire at the end of the project
