JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions

•Exhibit the behaviors and traits of a Levi’s merchandising associate

•Reliably accomplish productivity goals and completion of shipment processing by operating the company tools and resources

•Maintain rigorous back of house organization and process standards (i.e. style, size, color) to support maximizing sales and productivity

•Maintain the visual appeal, effective layout, and design of the salesfloor

•Ensure floorset guidance is followed, while adapting as needed to local store

•Rapid and Accurate sales floor replenishment and replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory processes

•Ensure completion of transfers, damages and donations in a timely manner

•Quickly and efficiently process go-backs from the fitting room to the salesfloor

•Make certain markdowns are done accurately and efficiently by appropriate deadline

•Report inventory needs to Merchandising Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager-Merchandising or Store Manager
