What are our expectations?

The Regional Visual Merchandiser for the South is an Assistant Manager role that will support all South boutiques in maintaining and implementing the Maison’s visual standards and ensure a consistent client journey throughout our retail network. The role will be our visual merchandising expert, traveling extensively up to 60%+ of the time to support the boutiques with in store merchandising, product launches, events, special animations, store openings and everything in between to make sure our boutiques are kept to the highest standards. The position is based in Miami, FL. Communication in this role is vital, as you will be the liaison between the boutiques and corporate teams on all related to Visual Merchandising, zoning/marketing, and the overall appearance of the boutique.

The role is responsible for maintaining Visual Merchandising alignment by implementing zoning plans and guidelines in all South Boutiques through quarterly visits, monthly visits to support special animations, communications with teams, training and working with teams on standards, ensuring correct PLV and signage. The role will also create Monthly Visual Merchandising Reports/recaps to share with broader teams.

The Regional Visual Merchandiser will also support Event Launches, Special Events and Window Animations and liaise with marketing on model looks and merchandising updates needed on the boutique floor for events and will be required to be onsite at events to implement Visual Merchandising needs. The role will assist with overall boutique appearance by liaising with Store Planning and Retail Operations, updating library appearance, and working with florists to ensure weekly flowers follow guidelines. The Regional Visual Merchandiser will also support with Visual Merchandising for new boutique openings and assist with coordinating and shooting Visual Merchandising directives.

Qualifications for this role include 4-5 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or visual background with a Bachelor’s Degree or Visual Merchandising Certificate. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and SAP knowledge is a plus. The Regional Visual Merchandiser must be enthusiastic, professional and proactive. The role requires strong photo taking skills, standing for long periods of time and understands that the role will occasionally require work outside of regular hours (overnights) to support events as needed. The role seeks someone with direct in store merchandising experience and experience with fine jewelry is a plus. Extreme attention to detail is a must, along with strong interpersonal skills. The role requires travel 60% of the time and must have a driver’s license. Excellent this time, we are not sponsoring work visas.
