THE POSITION

As a Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of regional strategies pertaining to management of the District Visual Merchandisers, shelf management, and retail merchandising for all Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores within Region 1.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Through this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible to build, develop, and retain talent in the Visual Merchandising function for an assigned region. Leadership skills are utilized to provide guidance on best practices and priorities for the District Visual Merchandisers, communicate and implement strategies, and collaborate with product management and replenishment to define promotion space. You will also review the financial performance of sales and volume of regional stores in addition to conducting all in store training of retail merchandising guidelines for designated management employees, within the assigned region. You will play a vital role in overseeing the setup of new stores and remodels and act as a liaison with the store operation leadership, the Visual Merchandising Chief, and merchandising teams.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • This position is assigned to Region 1, which includes the following areas: Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks County.
  • This position is home headquartered and will require travel within the assigned region, up to 85% of the time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a PLCB Marketing Analyst 1; or
  • Two years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
