Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Retail Merchandiser to join our team in St Petersburg, FL. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining the store's visual presentation, ensuring product availability, and assisting with sales and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a creative eye for detail.

1-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a fashion environment
Strong sense of fashion and trends, with a creative eye for visual presentation and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, as well as experience with inventory management systems
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on sales reports and trends
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
