How You'll Slay

As the

Visual Merchandising and Product Supervisor

you will manage all visual displays for merchandise and product, signage other store displays and visual communiques. You will lead creative strategies throughout different seasons to create a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional and one-of-a-kind customer experience. You will work to uphold the values and culture of our organization as you establish the merchandising and product management processes in your location. As a leader in our stores, you will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer.

  • Partner with the Store Leader and Field Merchandising team to plan and execute your store’s visual merchandising guides and directives to ensure product presentation aligns with the overall brand experience.
  • Set the store merchandising and product management strategy to deliver a best-in-class omni shopping experience to our VIP members and guests centered around inclusivity, innovation, and accessibility.
  • Partner with the Product Xpert and sales team to ensure correct store inventory and BOH organization levels are up to standard and meet the needs of the store.
  • Partner with Store Leader to set the store’s service strategy to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team.
  • Partner with the People and Operations Supervisor to coach and develop the store team to offer an exceptional experience to our guests and VIPs centered around our customer service model and to ensure store staffing and schedule is reflective of all business and operational needs.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly financial results by establishing strategic plans in partnership with the Store Leader to achieve successful business outcomes.
  • Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance.
  • Achieve operational excellence by ensuring systems are in place to appropriately manage all day-to-day processes focused on compliance and efficiency.
  • Other related duties as required.

BRING IT!

  • 3-4 years of visual merchandising experience in a high-volume retail environment, 1-2 year is a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong visual eye for detail, style, color pallet and display composition.
  • Experience installing and coordinating in-store installations, with the ability to use hand and power operated tools, climber a later and can lift clothing, props, mannequins, etc., with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify, nurture, and develop talent in a fast moving and everchanging retail environment.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while leading multiple initiatives.
  • Tech-Savvy or very comfortable with emerging technologies.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including working late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
